This particular plant called Beetroot
can be eaten fresh, stored or pickled, and it can also be enjoyed all year
round. Beetroot is really a cold-weather plant that thrives very well in
winter. This particular plant really likes well-drained soil, with plenty of
humus (most especially from compost), but not fresh manure. Just make sure the soil
is not too acidic.
Make sure you don’t plant it before the last frost. Starting
a beets farm can be very profitable if it is done in a proper way. I am giving
out a free training eBook on how to grow beetroot from seed to harvest. To download
