In Italy the cranberry bean is also known as the Borlotti bean. Cranberry bean is actually very difficult to find unless your community has a large Italian population or farmer’s markets.
Like I said cranberry bean is a difficult bean varietal to procure, if you have the opportunity of growing them it is really a great idea to save some few pods for next year’s garden.
